Cancellations

At Sensekart International Trade, we aim to process every order efficiently and provide a smooth shopping experience. If you need to cancel an order, please review the following policy.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests can be submitted before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number, name, and reason for cancellation.

Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may need to receive the shipment and follow our applicable return and refund policy, subject to the product's eligibility for return.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, any eligible payment will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Any applicable charges, including payment processing, shipping, or other non-refundable fees, may be deducted where applicable.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us promptly after delivery with your order details and supporting photographs. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our return and refund policy.
